middle earth shadow of mordor lag

My PC specs are

GPU: GeForce GTX 970

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 870 @ 2.93GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.9GHz

Memory: 4096MB RAM

my problem is I get lag spikes while playing the game the game runs at 60 fps at ultra settings but I get lags like 5 seconds alot and a huge fps drops and it happens even if the settings are on low there is no difference still the same problem.

is my CPU is bottlenecking or is it the RAM?

It requires 6gb of memory or more as recommended specs , it may even freeze from time to time.

BTW a piece of advice : upgrade you RAM most new games requires 6gb or more even 8gb sometimes.

I don't know the reason but when I set it to ultra the shutter happen then I tried to change it to high while playing the lag was still there .but when I change the texture quality from the main menu to high the lag stopped completely then while playing I make it to ultra again there wasn't any lag I don't know why but the problem solved that way

Thank you! I've been struggling for months! i have 2x 7990's and no idea about the lag. also disabled antivirus ( obvious i know ) But moving from Ultra back to High and the to Ultra again and the lag is completely gone! can finally play without the frustration!
