Looking for PC ARPG game

Hello I'm looking for PC single player open world action rpg game.With dungeons,crafting and lots of tiers armor sets and weapons. So far I have played Elder Scrolls and Gothic. Any suggestions ?

Witcher games - excellent combat and story, lack of dungeons and crafting.

There isn't much crafting in Witcher 1 apart from alchemy stuff but Witcher 2 had pretty good crafting system.
