It really is too early to be asking this question, Rockstar have only just announced it is coming to the PC. Logically since the DLC is just addons to the main game the specifications should remain pretty similar to the specs GTA 4 "needed" but then we all know what a load of bull Rockstars specs were for the PC. In short if you can run GTA 4 to your satisfaction you should be able to run the DLC to your satisfaction too.

These were the "official" recommended specs for GTA 4 :-

Minimum :-

Windows Vista - Service Pack 1 / XP - Service Pack 3

1.8GHz Intel Core2Duo or 2.4GHz AMD Athlon X2 64

256MB NVIDIA 7900 / 256MB ATI X1900

1 GB of RAM (Windows XP) or 1.5 GB of RAM (Windows Vista)

Recommended :-

Windows Vista - Service Pack 1 / XP - Service Pack 3

2.4Ghz Intel Core 2 Quad or 2.1GHz AMD Phenom X3

512MB NVIDIA 8600 / 512MB ATI 3870

2.5 GB of RAM (Windows XP) or 2.5 GB of RAM (Windows Vista)

Now don't even ask me how Rockstar came to the conclusion that an 8600 is more powerful than a 7900 (it most certainly isn't). Anyway I would expect he requirements to be close to them. It should be stressed though that even recommended specs would be hard pushed to match the consoles graphics.

No documented facts shared by Rockstar as of yet to give an accurate response.

From my knowledge it's only DLC..so nothing major has changed so the way you ran GTAIV should be good to go with the DLC as well. It's just an add-on.

What are you talking about? Everything on low/off @ 720p = console's graphics

Any decent gpu/cpu can play gta iv at higher settings then what is being showed on an xbox 360/ps3.
