I checked my bios my CPU is 34 C and my system is 30 C are these safe temps?

It was in BIOS so I don't know.

Yes, those are fine.

Those are idle temps then. Install a temp reading program like Speedfan to monitor them in windows and see what they get up to under some load.
For even more peace of mind download a program called Prime95, which can make your CPU run at 100% on both cores, thats gonna be the limit your CPU temp will ever get to.
