@mikehockbourns: If you can read, put lego's together and use a screw driver you can build a pc. It's not hard and the money saved/performance gained is considerably substantial as you'll notice from the builds listed. Hell pay someone $50 bucks at a local computer shop if your too lazy and they'll set it up fully for you, just bring in the parts.
Really it's gotten so easy to build pc's. The only complicated thing I suppose would be installing windows and update your mother boards bios and your hardware drivers. and even then you just download them and click on them to have them install. Trust me don't be lazy and just build it you'll like your machine that much more and it will last longer and be stronger.
For example a $2000 dollar build would have contained a 760 and an i5 when I purchased my pc. Since I built mine instead of buying prebuilt I managed an i7 and a 770 4gb along with all the other goodies for under that price. A whole step up in the hardware department for less money and a couple of hours of work.
edit: the FX CPU's are on sale so now would be the time to build and order a pc if your going to build it. AS black Friday deals are going to make a $600 pc a much beefier pc then if was normal prices.
