Thats an alright Motherboard to go with it. It depends on what CPU your going to pair it up with also. I would recommend the Corsair 620w for a 8800GTX.

No. With the CPUs that are able to be used with that board you would bottleneck that GPU. Atleast get something that supports C2D. Also read reviews, they help.

What cpu do you have? That doesn't support Core 2 Duos I don't think, and a pentium 4 would probably bottleneck the card badly. Get a board with at least a Intel 965/975 or Nvidia 650i/680i chipset. The psu should be good, Enermax is one of the top psu makers.

Yeah that one is pretty good, not the greatest compared to the 680i ones but if you can't afford them with the 8800GTX, that mobo should be fine.

Ive been hearing really good things about the 650i mobos, which are basically the same as the 680i only $100 cheaper. Here's one from Asus.

Yar thats what I got, got my E6600 from 2.4 to 3.4 ghz on air cooling, haven't tried to go higher cause my card bottlenecks me even before 3ghz. can't wait for the new Nvidia 8000 gpus.
