I dont have my specs at the moment but when i get home ill post them. Budget is around 250$ and case is big, so it should hold almost any size GPU.

7870 will definitely fill up your needs. If you can get a 7870xt around $250, then you'll be set

Here it is http://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-PCI-Express-Graphics-11199-20-20G/dp/B00AWKYB1M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1362495144&sr=8-1&keywords=7870xt

It's sold out in amazon as well as everywhere else. If you can find one, then you'll be a lucky guy

whats your powersupply?  Im assuming its good since you had a 9800gtx so in that case the best card you can get in that price range is the 7870 XT

Dont assume he has a good psu... 9800GTX vs7870XT max TDP for 9800GTX is 140w with only one pci-e 6 pin, while 7870XT is 185w and needs two 6 pin connectors.
