Well, before I got a PC for gaming I bought the Samsung 2333HD (http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-SyncMaster-2333HD-Widescreen-Monitor/dp/B00213QXFA)

Now, I'm looking to replace it for something better. I won't be needing 120hz as I only have a gtx 570 and most games run on 50-70 FPS.

My choice so far is Dell's U2412m:http://www.amazon.com/Dell-UltraSharp-U2412M-LED-Monitor/dp/B005JN9310/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1354465191&sr=1-1&keywords=dell+u2412m

If there are any better in the price range to 400$ please suggest.I would be playing on the highest resoultion possible.

His GPU might not be up for the task though if it is a 1440P monitor.

Yeah...I don't really wanna risk it. Also, 27" a little too big for my space. 23 to 24" works the best for me. Also, I prefer branded ones!
