How well will this do for Witcher 3?

Will run close to ultra 60fps

Well, GTX 980 is said to be getting a pretty stable 60 fps on Ultra settings at 1080p. So I would imagine you would be running it on Ultra very well. Maybe cut down AA to get a stable 60 if you need to.

get normal keyboard and mouse and spent it on 980 XD

You should get K version CPU since you're getting a Z97 mobo, could use better PSU too.
