@ray22: If you feel you're being held back, I'd suggest looking towards upgrading the CPU/MB/RAM. That will net you the biggest performance boost.
I went from a Phenom II x4 940 that was OC'ed to 3.7 to a stock i5-4670K and my performance nearly doubled in games on my GTX 570s in SLI.
Nothing to ugrade, you need a new PC. You can keep SSD and HDD and maybe case and PSU as well. You can also reuse your graphics card, and upgrade it later. It's still a solid performer.

Keep the RAM, SSD and maybe the PSU
and keep the GTX 660ti its still a good gpu. Just upgrade the cpu/mobo/and ram and psu if need be.

660ti isnt bad if he wants to build a budget friendly pc
@04dcarraher@humanistpotato didn't say 660ti is a bad GPU, on the contra, it's excellent entry level mid range GPU, he could even SLI it if he'll find a good price for another one.
But it all depends on his budget limt, CPU upgrade is the most important here, then the GPU.
