I got a new intel cpu fan and its pin possition doesnt seem to align with holes in the mother board.
Are there difference in holes position in all motherboards??

Also i got 2 new 4gb rams but when i install them my pc doesnt boot. Its boots again when i remove them.??

@sandeep410: what is the brand for the ram you bought ? did you chick the compatibility list , are you sure that you install it right ? the fan connector should be eazy to install are you sure , that you are placing it the right way ? it has a plastic that should sit on .

and there is new bios upgrade for dram

Maximus IV GENE-Z 0403 BIOS with IRST 10.6.0.1002

1. Enable the support of Intel Rapid Storage Technology version 10.6.0.1002 Release

2. Improve DRAM compatibility

3. Improve System stability

4. Improve compatiblity with some Raid card model

5. Increase IGD share memory size to 512MB

Note: For proper operation, please ensure to update Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver to version 10.6.0.1002 and BIOS to version 0403 before enabling Intel Smart Response Technology.

Update procedure for users needing Intel Smart Response Technology:

(1) Enter OS, and ensure Intel Smart Response Technology has been turned off under Intel Rapid Storage Technology interface.

(2) Install version Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver to version 10.6.0.1002.

(3) Reboot the system, and update BIOS to version 0403, then reboot.

(4) Enter the BIOS setup screen, press F5 to load BIOS default, then change the Intel SATA Port to RAID mode.

(5) Boot into OS, and re-enable Intel Smart Response Technology under Intel Rapid Storage Technology.

My new memory brand is value memory. My currently installed memorry is transced.

Connectors doesnt sem to align with the holes. My old fan gets aligned but the new one doesnt. I can only put one pin in to the hole. Rest doesnt match

Are you trying to install the ram backwards? Also what memory did you buy? is it DDR3 or did you buy DDR2?

This has happened to me. The fan plug had 4 holes and the motherboard had 3 pins. Or something like that. I just googled "using 4 plug CPU fan with 3 pin motherboard" and found how to arrange it so that the right wire was unused. It has worked for me just fine.
