Try to disable your anti virus software for the installation process, it seems like it worked for someone on Ubi forums for the same error

why am i getting this error every time,

That's a cyclic redundancy check error.

Are you installing from DVD or Online?

If it's from DVD: disc might be scratched, dvd reader might be faulty

If online: re-download

Try deleting the file causing the error and then in Uplay, click on 'Verify files' in the drop down menu for AC3. That should fix it.
