Help upgrading to a low budget GPU.

I'm looking for a low budget GPU to upgrade my system. Here are the 2 cards I'm looking at. Which one would give me the best performance? Thanks.

Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2200

RAM 4GB

PSU is 300W

GTX 650 is faster and it should work. If you had abit more you can get more options
