Has anyone bought DD pc games on newegg outside the US ?

Newegg is having a ubisoft sale and there's a $1.5 coupon that I could use with. Their just codes for the games so I don't see why it shouldn't work, but I could be wrong.

I think you need a US registered credit card to purchase from them if I'm not mistaken.

Last time I bought from them(it was last year, I think) they accepted international cards. They had a policy change?

I never personally bought from the US part but I remember reading about it,might be wrong.
