gts450, will it work?

I need some help here, i own a gts 250 core 2 duo 2.8 pc. The gts 450 will work on it? I prefer to play on consoles but i really wanna tune my pc up without buying another one.

You can put there GTX980 if you wish, no one restricts you from doing that.

Check your PSU if it's compatible.

From the sound of it, it seems like it's a business PC. And in the cost of the 980, he can buy a whole new PC lol. The best upgrade that me noob can offer, would be 750ti.

Yeah I know so, depends on his budget, if he's thinking on picking up GTS450 he might not even got the budget for GTX750
