Greenman Gaming Physical pre-orders?

Has anyone got experience with GMG preordering physical copies of games? do they send them out a day or 2 early so you receive it on the day or not?

Also, can you put the cd key of physical origin games into origin (abit like steam) and just download the games instead?

just wondering, so I could shave £10 off Titanfall... and I don't have a dvd drive atm :P

I know you can just use the key and you don't need the cd for anything. I wanted to use the 20% off coupon, but GMG wouldn't let me.... I guess its one of those "select titles"....
