Good tycoon games recommendation

Looking for a game where you manage something. Whether its a game dev company like game dev tycoon, a theme park like RCT3, or a city like sim city. the premise or setting doesn't matter to me, but it has to be a good, tycoonish game. price isnt an issue

Zoo Tycoon is fun. And have you played RCT2? It's way better than RCT3.

@harry_james_pot: RCT and 2 are pretty much the same. And yes, they're both way better than RCT3. Definitely check them out.

Railroad Tycoon 2 is the bomb!

Cities XL 2011 (or 2012, if you want a few more buildings) is a really good city management game.
