Good Hack and Slash games for PC

Can anyone tell me about some good hack and slash games for PC. I liked Devil May Cry 4 very much and am planning on buying Darksiders. I also wanted Bayonetta and Dante's inferno but sadly they are console exclusives. So suggestions about any other good games in this genre would be very welcome.

I would surely get Darksiders and its sequel as i have mentioned above already. What i wanted was suggestions about games other than those that i have mentioned :)

Prototype, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and the BloodRayne series just to name a few. All filled with plenty of gore as well :D

Devil May Cry 3 is great. Not sure how the PC version fares though, as I played it on the ol PS2.

You could try Darksiders, but the combat isnt exactly top tier with the easy telegraphing of attacks and poor sense of flow and depth compared to other more recent games like Bayonetta. But Darksiders is a good all around game even if it does come across as a poor mans Zelda with some of the dungeon designs.

The First Templar. A charming micro-budget game with plenty of heart and ambition.

I really like torchlight but thats just me :P

Definitely get Darksiders (2 is on the way) and if you want a more classic (but way better) approach, Diablo 3 will be released on the 15th of May.DanielDust

No offense but hack and slash on PC means Diablo and Titan Quesnt, not DMC.

Sacred is also good. Sacred 2 is buggy but also not bad. I think that Legend Hand of God, whiel underrated is a pretty good game.

Gonna have to say Diablo III comes out in like 41 days.

Torchlight II sometime in the future, along with Path of Exile, and Eternal Lineage.

Diablo is an action rpg not hack and slash. Plus DMC 4 pc version plays great.

Diablo can easily be considered a hack n slash...

DMC4 is closer to a third person beat-em up.
