getting new case what shall i get ?

I have amd 8350

and r9 290 , as i told you before my r9 is overheating and i wanna play without any worries and i think it might be case of my case .

What do you think it well be better ?

You're aleady planning to spend 70$ on a case, I'd go with Corsair 500R.

If you want good airflow, you might want to spend more. Somewhere around $100-$150. Something like, Cooler Master 922/932, Corsair 750D/500R would be good. I have a Thermaltale S71 Full Tower and it gets good airflow, I am running Crossfire R9 290s without heat issues. You should really look into Full Towers. Also a fan or two on a side panel would help.

Does your card use the stock amd cooler?

If it is, it'll probably overheat and throttle down regardless, amd's stock coolers for the R series are terrible.

I'm actually looking at cases this very second. I've got it down to the Corsair 540 Air or Thermaltake Level 10GT
