@Coseniath: Thank you, one more question, is this computer able to run games in future like Assassin's creed unity and Call of duty Advanced warfare?

if you can build it yourself, you should consider like second handed material.I made a pc from partly second hand parts. I bought the cpu (i5-3470) for 90$, a harddrive for 15$ and i bought the rest new.I paid about 650$ but you can pretty much build the same for a 100 $ less.

Specs

i5-3470

2 x 4 gb kingston hyperx 1866 mhz (you can do with 1 stick of 4gb and 1 stick of 2 gb running at 1333mhz, i doesn't make any difference anyway the memory speed once you're above 1 ghz)

msi- h77ma-g43

msi gtx 750 ti

corsair rm 550 (this psu is a bit expensive though, you could do with a lot less, this one is only 550w but is gold rated, costs about 100$ and is modular). A 50-60$ psu is just fine

western digital velociraptor 300 gb

thermaltake commander case

I'd say the minimum card tier should be an R9 270 or GTX 660, the 270 being a bit better. I've owned both. Anything less is just foolish to consider for any real gaming.

I only mention cards because the most dramatic change in performance resides there.

I think it will be fine enough to run these games at least on high settings @1080p.

If you don't mind used. That or 280x/7970 are cheap too.

Just as long as you don't plan to play them at higher than 1080p, then your golden.

Don't buy pre-built and overpay and have a weak GPU/CPU. Build it yourself with good components.

Also with that money you can buy a PS 3. There are discounts out there for it at $360. With rest of money you can buy internet or games haha. Also Xbox One is given out a free game and that cost like $400. (So you can go the cheaper console route if you are afraid of the game not running up to par)
