Games for Low/Medium End PCs

Hello everyone.

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any good games my computer could handle.

My Computer Specifications:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM (2.20GHz)

Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000

RAM: 8.0 GB DDR3

Operation System: Windows 8.1

64 Bit Operating System

It's a older game, but it's really addictive and fun to play, it's also short. Gives you a good day of fun for sure.

pillars of eternity should run well if you are lookign for a good RPG. baldurs gate enhanced edition and co could also be worth a look.

have a look at gog.com. they do sell new games now too but sell a lot of older games that have been tweaked to run on modern computers. plenty of gaming right there.

Here are some games that will run just fine on your HD3000 laptop.

Doom3,Far Cry 1 and 2,GTA 3,Vice city and san andreas, syberia 1 and 2,Dreamfall and Dreamfall longest journey, Condemned Criminal Origins, Assassin's Creed 1/2 and brotherhood, Mass Effect series, dead space series, most turn bases rpgs and strategy games like Civilization 4 and 5,sports games like PES and FIFA, horror games like Resident Evil 4, 5 and revelations, Silent hill 1,2, 3 and homecoming, Chronicles of Riddick escape from butcher bay and Dark Athena, call of Duty 1,2,3,4 upto black ops2,battlefield 2 and bad company 1 and 2,Bioshock 1,2 and even Infinite, etc

Some of these games you will have to run on low settings and resolution and others will run on medium/high and some others maxed out.
