i chose civ v.. or so i thought when i was greeted by an "ooops, you-no-vote' screen. but i guess that might be because i just registered everywhere, so i'll have to wait 24 hours

Register at www.greenmangaming.com and www.playfire.com USE exact same identical ID's and use same Email for both sites,.. i would reccomend and same password,.. + you must be logged on GMG before starting votes, vote on all 10-15 categories or how many there is. Dont skip.

It says "please allow a minimum of 24 hours from when you register your votes" so I guess I'm waiting that time lol.

Yeah I picked Mafia 2. Game is still like $20- $30. Such a steal.

Also, No need to vote in every category if you dont want to, you will still get the game of your choice. It also takes around 24 hours to get your code in the email. However, mine only took 17, so check your email every once in a while.

this doesn't work for me, I've followed everything. at the end it tells me

thanks for voting and other things, and to click to get a code. I enter my details, submit and go to the email it sends, it then says I haven't voted and takes me back through this same loop again.

Same. I linked my email that I voted with and my GMG account. It keeps saying I didn't vote. In other words, we're out of codes or we don't want to give you any more. Either way, not a loss since it was free to begin with.

@Elann2008: You should still get it i reccon, check back later. It says this at the bottom of the "you havent voted" message:

"(please allow a minimum of 24 hours from when you register your votes).

Don’t worry though, your name is on the list!"

Are you sure you used the same email for both CVG and GMG? That would cause it not to register or to be delayed, possibly different usernames as well. Wait at least a day and it'll show up. That's what I had to do for Civ 5. When I used another account to get Mafia 2 (yes I am greedy) I made sure to use the same username and email for both websites and got the code instantly.

got my key for civilization. only took 22 hours :/ for those who are still waiting, check out the link in that mail that says "ooops" once in a while, as soon as you see this, you'll immediately receive an e-mail with the key

Yup. I only use one email account for everything. GMG account is under that email I used, as well as CVG. There's no other way around it other than their website needs to fix some coding.

Ok, if you still have the email they sent you that confirms your address click that again, or several times until it gives you a new message saying your game is on the way. Even though you've tried confirming your email address before and it still said that you didn't vote.. try again 24 hours later and it will take you to a new page that says: "Thank you for verifying your remail. Your game is on the way." Within a second, I get an email with the game code. So yeah, there was a glitch in the system for some of us. Like I said, try to confirm that address or go through one of the last steps so they will re-verify and send your code. Due to the website flooding that day, it probably caused many errors.

I got the "Thank you for verifying your email. Your game is on the way." But I still don't have a game yet. Guess I gotta wait again, they must of really gotten hit by millions of people :P

This is what happening to me... I already registered , voted but i guess many people are doing the same so i guess i should wait xD
