Finding Un-movable system files to use w/boot-time Defrag

What system files are un-movable? I need to know so I can locate them using System Mechanics boot-time Defrag, Which defragments un-movable system files. halp!

Just defrag the whole HDD.

Better yet - get SSD for your OS and small programs.

So you want to defrag your HDD ? if so from Win Vista and after defragmenting is automatically done through the scheduler (if I am not mistaken).
