Finalisation parts list

For the last months ive been bussy doign research, and a lot ao frickin reading to build a new system.

first off i got a GTX780, But the CPU was holding i back.

Then i got a z78 sabertooth, 4670K, and 2X 4GB of dominator platinum.

Next week ill be ordering fase 3 of this particular build, wich is

750D case

H100i cooler

AX 760/860 i powersupply ( i havent decided wich yet)

VG248QE monitor

2 NFF12 fans, 3 NFA14 fans.

500GB samsung EVO

BW16D1HT/BC12D2HT Optical

In the end all that will remain of my old system is 1 mechanical drive for backup purposes, wich i may swap out for a SSD aswell, i will also get a G502 mouse at some point.

So anyone got any comments on this, anything i missed ? And yes im am aware of PPC fans from noctua, but there not in stock here in holland yet.

I take it i didnt forget anything since theres no replies :P

650 would be more than enough for one 780, I guess if you're going SLI any time soon 850 would be the smart choice

Personally I wouldn't shell out the cash for an AX power supply, but if you feel the need then go for it

right now i got a 750watt PCP&C silencer, but its old its not modular, and its 80+ bronze. So yes i feel the need for an AX

I ordered out today, by the end of the week ill be receiving :

750D, H100i, AX860i, IndustrialPPC 2K rpm NFF12 X2, " " NFA14 X3, VG248QE monitor, BC12D2HT BD combo drive, and a dominator lightbar upgrade kit.

The iPPC fans, and the lightbar kit, where only just availeble before i ordered :P takes forever here in holland..

Everything seems to be good, have fun building it. :)

This is definitely a dream rig for anyone, got everything anyone would ever need.

Well i still mean to get 1 or 2 SSDs, vertex 460's as it stands now. And i need a replacement mouse. I got a G9, been meaning to get a G502..

1 larger SSD will perform better than a one with lower capacity, that's is well known, but if you afraid that one will fail on you - 2 SSDs is a smater idea.

That's a great build.

SSD wise I got a 500gb Samsung 840 evo. I highly recommend it if you are still looking at SSD's.

I know that predator, but i need one for OS, games, programs. and another as backup drive, to store anything i wanna keep.. So that i no longer have any mechanical.

And GoldenElement, i was gonna get a evo, but then the vertex460 got my attention, and now : 850 pro

Just get any SSD with the best value, any SSD will be much faster than HDD, so even if you don't pick top of the line SSD it'll be fine (unless you're into benchmarking)

There seems to be a delay still, i orderd 5 iPPC fans 2K RPM. But im still waiting on them arriving, to be shipped to me..

Apparently by "in stock" they meant 1 of each.. sigh..

a week later and im still waiting, maybe they have to come from the states, i dont fricking know...

They made from Austria, so unless you've bought it from US retailer it shouldn't be delayed too much.

I bought from a dutch retailer, and on there sight it said there supplier had stock, and by that (apparently) they meant 1 f each, at least the 3 NFA14 arrived at the retailer today, but strangly enough not the other NFF12.. (iPPC 2K rpm 3pin)

On another note i will also be receiving a dominator platinum lightbar upgrade kit, wich will also look ballin, once i finally get my parts.. Right now im waiting on that 1 NFF12.. sigh.

Well im personally not really into flashy lights and stuff, i wil basically have a prodominatly black interior, with light accents from the H100i, 2 dominator sticks, and my modded GTX logo.

We shall see where i got form there.., but first SSDs, and a new mouse..
