Farcry 3 VS Bioshock Infinite

Facry 3 and Bioshock Infinite both awesome FPS games. Which game you enjoy most PC gamers ?

For me, Bioshock Infinite > Facry 3.

Bioshock Infinite no doubt. Played it twice back to back, and I'm almost halfway through a third run. Can't seem to get enough of it. I can't bring myself to play something else. I did really love FC3, as well, though.

Farcry has some advantages. Open environments, good graphics but the story and characters aren't very good. Infinite had a better story but is a very closed environment and graphics aren't up to par on PC (mainly the textures and low polygon count. 

Overall I'd say I enjoyed Farcry 3 more just because of the open environments but Infinite was enjoyable while it lasted.

Bioshock: Infinite

I finished Far Cry 3 yesterday and i'd recommend it.

both are amazing games, but for me its Bioshock Infinite...going on my third run now and get the last two achievements I need (both 1999 mode ones)

I think Far Cry 3 is better.

Far Cry 3 purely because of it's open world, I can play the game for hours and not get bored. Infinite is great in it's own respects though, and seems to be shaping up as the swansong of this gen.

Far Cry 3 was a much more immersible and enjoyable gaming experience. I was not impressed with Bioshock at all.SKaREO

I did my only 1999 mode run going for that achievement. Wasn't too bad, actually. Just gotta switch up equipment on the fly to match any given encounter, and rely on vigors more than weapons. With the Storm hat, fully upgraded Devil's Kiss just facerolls almost any group. Combine that with Blood for Salts shirt, and you pretty much never run out of salts, either. 

FC3 has much more to do, a longer game. Pretty much Skyrim with guns. I would still take Bioshock, the story and art were amazing. IxX3xil3d0n3XxI

Why do people say that? Just because it's in first person? It has NOWHERE near the depth of Skyrim. FarCry 3 is EXACTLY modern Assassin's Creed

Both about even for me, Bioshock Infinite has better story, characters and art design, but Farcry3 had better gameplay (loved the hunting) and much more replay value.

Depends if you are after a sandbox game to mess around with that has pretty flexible shooter gameplay or a story driven experience. 

I think overall I enjoyed Infinite more because Far Cry 3 has a poor story and very inconsistent mission quality, and while it's fun to explore the Island and complete side objectives they aren't enough on their own to make the game feel like a full experience; Infinite on the other hand kept me interested until the end. 

Still, I'd get Far Cry 3 now if you can find it cheap and then by the time you are done with that Infinite might be on sale somewhere, both games are worth playing. 

It's hard to choose... But if you want a great story go with Bioshock Infinte... If you want fun gameplay go with Far Cry 3.

P.S: That's not to say that Bioshock Infinite doesn't have fun gameplay, but FC3 is just more fun in that regard.

My vote for far cry 3 it's one of my favorite game.

Bioshock Infinite. One of my top 20 favorite games of all time. Far Cry 3 isn't even close. Nice open world game with some nice touches, but to me, NOTHING beats such a great and well thought out story (plus the gameplay and art are sublime)!

Entirely different types of FPS. In my humble opinion both excel at what they do, Far Cry 3 being my favorite game of last year and Bioshock my current favorite of this year.

I loved BioShock Infinite's story. Gameplay was solid. Far Cry 3 had a good story and excellent gameplay.

Haven't played Bioshock Infinity. Can't possibly be even more boring than Far Cry 3 though.

Both have their ups and downs, overall though I have to say FC3 was better (slightly).

I still need to play FarCry 3. I'll likely pick it up during the next Steam sale. But I LOVE BioShock Infinite. So if FarCry 3 is similar quality I'll likely love that game too. Besides, it's been a long time since there was an open-ended shooter as good as Crysis. Might as well be FC3.

Funny. I played Bioshock Infinite 3 times already, and it's been the most fun I've had gaming in years.
