Does Cryostasis and Clear Sky play in 4K resolution?

I am holding out when the price of 4K monitors go down, but do you know if the above games support 4k res?

or better yet is there a list available for all 4k supporting games?

Pretty sure they would.

Or just mod the game or modify some .ini files to allow it

The STALKER series most definitely has 4k support. I'm not sure about Cryostasis.

Before you go and throw your money let's clear some facts:

Unless you're getting 50' screen or above, you won't notice the "upgrade" of the resolution.

You'll also need 2 beasty GPUs to run games at 4K on high graphics with steady 60fps like 780s or 290s.

Cryostasis at 4k would probably draw more power than the large hardon collider. Amazing game but mega system hog.

LHC would have problem if the PC that would play Cryostasis at 4K would draw power from the same power source...

But the game is amazingly atmospheric. One of the best horror/mystery games I ever played.

@k3ck: Late rumors talking that NASA is trying to build a PC that can play Cryostasis at 4K, but til now their effort isn't enough and there are lot of casualties (thousands of dead and injuried GPUs/CPUs and PSUs. Green Peace members start gathering in a 50 miles radious from the ground zero with no purpose of going back due to this catastrophic for our solar system experiment...
