Do PC games work in the USA and the UK?

IF I bought a PC game on my trip to America in October would it work in the UK?

Yes. Some games have localized version (like, a french version), but all PC's games work on any PC (as long as your PC doesnt suck :P )

All game work on all PC's The only time you will have problems is the Languages. Like for me a Japanese game would require me to go and change some of the compatible languages on xp or vista. You can for most games change the games language but only in the menu or sub, not the ingame voices. You just have to mod some of the game files tis all

the only problem would be with the language, but that can be fixed.

but we speak the same language just you spell colour differently etc.

If its using asian text or symbols as text then it'll work but could take a bit of messing around.

If it has the same sets of character (in case of US/UK roman) then you'll be ok.
