Are there any console sized pcs that you can customize like sli graphics cards in, and that won't cost a fortune like the alienware console PC?

HTPC's. Look it up. Slap a Mini ITX mobo, nice video card that fits etc and enjoy.

If you want the semi console size, you can go with a silverstone grandia. Size reminds me of a old VHS player. Bout as big as you can go HTPC size wise.

There are, and you can build some if you want. They are lumped into the category of "small form factor PC's." Generally, the smaller you go the more expensive and/or limited your options become as you have to take into consideration cooling, power supply size, and component space. I would not try to focus on the size unless you intend to make some kind of challenge or you absolutely need to meet certain size requirements.

I'm using a Corsair Obsidian 250D mini-ITX Case in the lounge room. This holds 1x MSI GTX980. It looks great and is silent in the loungeroom and doesn't really look like a computer. Although it doesn't do SLI, which I didn't care for since my TV is only 1080p and one GTX980 is more than enough.
Have to admit it was a major pain to build being such a small space to install everything.
