I'd say, other than being set in the distant future, Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War is similar to Company of Heroes. (It's developed by Relic, the team behind CoH).
Sure, it doesn't have physics and destructible environments, but it's excellent, violent entertainment.

If you don't mind going backwards a bit Close Combat 3, 4 and 5 where good games that are similar to COH.

You might also like Ground Control 2. It's futuristic, but the gameplay elements are a bit similar and the graphics still look pretty good nowadays.

Other than that the only other I can think of it Dawn of War, and that's because those games are made by the same people who made Company of Heroes.

Field Ops is supposed to be like Company of Heroes. Your troops find their own cover and stuff like that plus it will be an fps as well...
