Buying new TV on a budget cant decide between two please help

So I am on a budget and am looking for a new HDTV for 700 or under so far I think I found 2 that might work for me, I am a causal gamer and avid movie watcher and watch lots of sports as well the 2 I am thinking about are

those are the two I am looking at now but open to suggestions the room the tv is going to be in is very light controled and liminted so I am leaning toward plasmas in general but if anyone has any better ideas/options for me that would be greatalso sorry for gammer mistikes english not first langauge

Panasonic Plasmas are the best, the UT50 is good but the ST50 is better (I know it's out of your budget)
