Bought an Asus GT610 graphics card and the fan is super noisy, on day time you wont even notice it, but gaming at night is difficult, even next door neighbours complain about the noise my PC is making, tried gaming without the fan, GPU temp was 80 and it felt like the card is about to burst into flames, so had to put the fan back on, anybody knows how to fix it ? please halp ..

If the fan is bad, just disconnect it and get something like this LINK

Use internal GPU? I think Intel HD4000 delivers the same or better performance than the GT610.

WD40 or other light oily product made for lubrication of metal will work.

Put just a touch in between the fan hub, so that it gets inside near the motor. Every time I did this it made a noisy fan quite again. I even used leather oil the one time lol.

Just make sure your fan noise isn't related to your temp of the card or it being dirty. If they look fine try the oil.

What he said. You arent gonna do any modern gaming with that gpu so you might as well use the integrated gpu ( unless you have an AMD FX with no integrated gpu )
