Assasin creed unity pc crashes (story spoilers)

Hello i am at point in game where Elise father is murdered and Arno is framed for it after a cut scene where a solider knocks Arno down my game loads for next scenario and before it load the game crashes at the loading screen and i return to the desktop . I had applied the patch 2 and patch 3 but the problem persist.

Moving this to the PC forum as you may get a better answer there. Also, if you are going to include story spoilers in the thread, please ensure that is clearly marked in the topic.

A 7GB patch is coming this week, and it's supposed to fix a lot of the game's issues. So maybe wait for that?
