and I already did that before without any problems ,

You could trouble shoot with "msconfig" and see, which startup program is giving you the grief... It will take some trial and error, but you will find it...

When you don't reboot after every individual driver installation you get little BS like that.

Well then its easy, format again and install W7 and ALL the updates first, then see if your BT, WIFI is working and if it is, don't touch the motherboard CD.

that's strange ,

I check my second pc , it has exactly the same note :cmd.exe "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142) click ok to close the application "

and this note coming on screen when I press the shut down or restart button before the pc shutting down

but sometime the message didn't show up .

so, I think its because of the latest updates from windows updates , because I update my second pc in same day I format my first pc (and install the windows with update)

I unstill the updates but the problems still there

I search this problems on Google , and I didn't find good answer , one of the answers is changing the user name , so what I did : I change my user name and delete the old one on first pc , and the problems gone , but I am not sure , I need to restart and shut down the pc several time to be sure .

sorry for my English

@Alessandro1001:

Its not windows update, something your installing is causing the issue.
