Specs:

-OS: Windows 7 SP1 (32-bit)

-Processor: Genuine Intel(R) CPU T2400 @1.83Ghz 1.83 Ghz

-RAM: 4.00 GB (3.00 GB usable) (probably gonna add another 4GB stick)

-Integrated graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce Go 7400

It's a HP pavilion dv 5000

First of all, with these windows, CPU and GPU, don't add an other 4GB stick. It will be useless.

99% of the time your entire system iwll bottleneck your program long before 4GB RAM will do.

Secondly, Your GPU is like from 2003 desktop FX5500. So it cannot play too many games.

If I were you, I would look for 2004 titles and earlier...

I've gotten Deus Ex (the original) to work on my raggedy 4-year old Samsung Netbook, with 2 Gig Ram and Windows 7 Starter edition.

You have a 32-bit installation so getting any more RAM will be pointless as the OS won't recognise it.

The advantage of having an "old PC" sitting around somewhere is that you can actually play old games on it.
