I have the i5-650 and it's a great CPU. But I would still go with a quad core over it. Maybe look at the Core i5-750?

why is the clock speed for the i5 750 only 2.66 GHz.. is the CPU slow? and compared to the Phenom II X4 955/965 which one is better for speed and performance?
