Do you do any photo editing or anything else that requires a lot of RAM? And a 19" monitor? Is this 2002? :P

Should have went i5 3570k route, really dont see the point of the 8120.

Not bad at all - my only real issue is the HDD, but this can be upgraded in the future to a ssd and will no longer be an issue

I think my next upgrade in the near future will be for the monitor ...anyway many thanks for all the replies:D

What will this PC be used for? Because if i am to be honest if it is 90% gaming then i really would suggest cutting the GPU back to a 7870, and looking at an i5 3570. I didnt quite realise how expensive the CPU was vs the 3570, and for $60 saving on the GPU this could be added to the CPU and mobo to what would imo give a much better balanced PC in the long run. If you can also get a black edition HDD this will help you as well, green is the eco version and is quite a bit slower than normal.
