Why do do you ask so many questions about the same things or even pointless ones?

The fan connectors on mobo are designed for use for fans stop worrying about it , just dont hook up multiple fans on one header and you will be fine even using all headers on mobo.

Dude, you made a thread about this yesterday. Why did you need a new thread? And as far as I can tell, we answered your question.

Well, unless your question was already answered, if you have access to your BIOS (assuming your pc isn't a prebuilt system), there is probably an option to turn off fan speed modulation so that the fan would run at full speed as if it were hooked up to the power supply (for AMD at least, the option is called "Cool & Quiet."). Disabling this feature would also be essential if you ever wish to overclock.
