I have a faulty Radeon HD 7770 1GB, and planning on upgrading. I'm currently looking into either a Sapphire R9 270 2GB or ASUS GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GB. I'm going between these two because of price. I found both of them to be around the same price, in the $150 range. Which one would you recommend that I get? I have a lot of my friends recommend the R9. I'm just looking for more input.

R9 270 hands down, if you're looking into power saving / cooler GPU I'd say the 750Ti

The 300 series is just a reband of 200 series cards.

the 200 series mostly rebands too, of the 7870 and 7970 etc.

If it's well priced if just get a 270 or 270x if you can find one simular price.

R9 290 & R9 290X are not rebrands (talking about 200 series) :p
