Gibson. I've never even actually played a Gibson, but I like the way their signature guitars look and I like their sound; a lot of my favorite bands/guitarists use Gibsons. The worst thing I hear about them is that they are a ripoff.
Epiphone. They sell Gibson instruments, without the brand name, and made with slightly cheaper material, for 1/4 the price of its Gibson counter-part. After that, Fender.
