I openly admit that I drink alcoholic drinks because of the alcohol. So I do not care, get so much weird looks because of this though.

Stout. Nothing beats a good quality dark stout.JohnF111
This. There aren't too many stouts I've had I don't like and I'm getting a taste for the meaner ones like Certified Evil and Old Rasputin, of course you can't drink too many of those, so a nice Youngs Double Chocolate or a Sam Smith's Oatmeal go rather nicely for afters :)

Beer is ok but I could do without. Bourbon has really grown on me. But for regular consumption my two favs are Sangria and Long Island ice tea

Have you ever had good beer though or just the generic macro crap and fake microbrews made by the same companies? As for my choices? Beer is simply amazing if you know what you are buying. I love my whiskey too but only a hand crafted single barrel. My third choice is Tequila but not fake tequila like Patron or popular cheap tequila like Jose or 1800.

I don't drink, so none...apparently that makes me not fun.

I am not a huge alcohol connoisseur. The very minute amount I do drink has been gin & tonic or gin & orange juice. Next I like wine and then champaigne.

Well, it was beer for a long time. But I am trying to lose some weight so I switched over to expensive scotch. I don't drink as much now, and when I do I enjoy it a lot more.

Lager, I don't drink very much but it's great. Sake goes amazing with sushi and sashimi too.

Yeah,I learned to enjoy it back in the day when I moved into my very first apartment and had to slum it. So it's kind of a guilty pleasure...

Personally, I think it tastes the best out of the cheapass american beers.

Unfortunatly fermented corn doesn't have much if a taste though. Whether its Bud, Miller, PBR or those fake Canadian beers like Labatt and Molson, the idea is to drink it as cold as possible to freeze your taste buds. This way you can't actually taste much of what you are drinking. Since its also drank out of a can or long neck, you can't smell it either which actually helps with the taste.
