A soldier. In ebonics, it refers to someone who is part of "the game". The game being the "drug game". I'm not talking about the high school kid who sells dimes here and there, but one's who sell enough of something that what they are doing is a high risk -- in terms of getting locked up or shot.

Judging by Crank That's music video, I'd say Soulja extends beyond racial boundaries to reach anybody who has ever wanted to be "gangster," regardless of skin color.
