Porn stars gets paid very high depending on scenes. Would you act in porn movies for a good source of income? Lots of agents are available online to employ you if you good at sex.

I'll definately do it but secretly, going to a different city or country. Freinds, family, relatives can be a problem if they come to know about it.Money more important factor tho.

Male porn stars get payed far far less. A lot of male porn stars are "pay gay", they do homosexual scenes for extra money, because hetero work only doesn't cover the bills for the vast majority.

It would take a million dollar offer to get me to consider it. One 20 minute or whatever scene to get paid an amount that I probably won't be able to reach til I'm around 40-50? Sure, I might be able to throw my dignity and sanity out the window for that amount. Having a healthy relationship with someone is more important to me and I don't think I could have one if I were acting in porno.

Unless it's some niche sub-genre that requires pain (i.e. BDSM/femdom) or some very specific sub-genre that fits their physical appearance (i.e. fat nerd).

Personally, I wanted to be in porn as a young adult, since I hadn't ever had sex and was a ball of raging hormones. Now that I'm nearing my 30's, and am in a committed relationship, the only value porn has for me is a nice way to get the juices flowing.

Unless you are a big name male porn star you're not going to make that much money. The people that get paid the most are usually the women. It's already been mentioned that male actors that act in gay porn make more, but your average straight man isn't going to be willing to blow another dude no matter how much they are offered.

In a way, the industry has the opinion that you're already getting to screw some hot woman with big boobs, so why should we pay you when out of the millions of guys that jerk off to the girl you're screwing at least a few of them aren't total slobs that would look good on camera and they would do her for less than what they are paying you.

Then you can consider the fact that the porn industry is competing with amateur porn and the fact that a lot of their stuff is being pirated. Most people aren't going to pay for a Vivid or BangBros subscription when most of what they sell gets uploaded to the free streaming sites or make their way onto torrent sites.

Not to mention that pesky little thing called reputation to worry about. There are former porn stars that can't hold a job because their past catches up to them. On at least one occasion that I know of a former porn star that became a teacher was fired because one of the parents recognized her.

There are better ways to make money

Porn is only interesting for people that like to do porn.

I never gave it much thought actually, I don't like camera's in general but If a girl is that hot, and I could only do her while it's on camera and I get paid on top of that...
