Will you watch Jurassic World releasing on 12 June OT?

Personally i had lost interest in Jurassic trilogy movies after Jurassic Park (93), but i'll be watching Jurassic World for Chris Pratt ( He's become one of my favourite actors after Guardians of the galaxy ).

The total opposite of you...REALLY interested in the new JP, hate Chris Pratt since GoTG =P I really want to watch the movie (for nostalgia reasons, as I said before) but the premiere date goes right on top of the time I'll be crazy busy so I'm not sure if I can =/

Just want to watch CP. I find him hillarious and adorable ( no homo, thats reserved for Chris Evans ) =P. Here in JP too he got great one liners, 'if we do it we do it my way' lol.

I think the cheap one-liners was what didn't attract me on him...then again, maybe GotG is just not my thing and it's not Pratt's fault, but from the trailers it's like he's playing the same guy again...

It looks good, surely it'll be better then Lost World. Plus dinosaurs and a sequel to my favorite childhood movie. I will most certainly be there.

@ferrari2001: Yep; I think I'm getting into the dino mentality...I actually bought quite expensive brachiosaurus and apatosaurus "toys" a few days ago...mostly because it reminded me of my visit to Naturalis, my first time seeing actual dinosaur skeletons.

This is their brachiosaurus, with about 90% real bones.

They are getting a T-Rex next year so I'm going back =D

Nah, not really interested. Jurassic Park franchise seems really limited in its potential, and I honestly don't see much point to it. I've always thought that this was really a one movie concept, and it doesn't give me much confidence that this appears to just be a bigger version of the first movie minus all of the awe and wonder.

Of course, I could be wrong. I'll wait until reviews start coming in, and then I might decide this is something I might like. But based on what I've seen so far, I'm not interested.

Yes, but not opening weekend. All the good Imax seats were bought up weeks ago.

Yes, I'm curious on how it goes since that film was in development hell for a long time.

Yup, I am basicly taking the nearest Family with me ^^ mostly nephews and nieces :) And if all goes well, an aditional showing with friends :)

Jurassic Park stands as one of the best movies in the World to me. The sequals were letdowns of degrees, and I certainly don't expect a brilliant movie, but seeing as both the letdowns still surpassed most movies, I will go Watch this with no issues :D

But anyways, I think why everyone isn't digging this new JP is the fact that the Raptors are being control is what everyone was like WTF? That said, I'm cool with it, we haven't had a Dinosaur movie for so long and it's nice to see a Dinosaur movie then the overused Zombies and Superhero movie that Hollywood been tossing.

Weak dialogue

Love angle

Unrealistic special effects.

I kind of lost interest when I saw the velociraptors teaming with chris pratt, but i guess it is based on genetic engineering. I was hoping it was going to focus on more realistic, prehistoric versions of dinosaurs and their behaviour.

Yep, that was completely unrealistic...nobody in their right mind would ever team up with Chris Pratt.

I'll probably see it but not likely on its first day in theaters, maybe not even in theaters, maybe I won't get around to seeing it until it comes out on Netflix.

Is Chris Pratt the main guy that they keep showing in the trailers, the one who trains the raptors? I thought he looked familiar from somewhere, I must recognize him from the Guardians of the Galaxy commercials.

I do want to go see it just for the old Jurrasic Park's sake. Most of my friends are not that eager to see it though so I may not have anyone to go to the theater with.

I hope that at some point in the movie they go all out with the crazy and ride the triceratops like a horse or elephant while shooting guns at the bad dinosaurs.
