Why do females smile and laugh at the thought

Just wondering, I noticed that when women try to seduce men, or flirt they generally tend to smile and giggle much more often than men. Men are less likely to laugh, smile or giggle and the though of a romantic situation or during intimacy. Evolutionary or psychologically speaking, why do u think that this would be? Thoughts?
