oooof, tough choice....
Arya, because I really, really have this thing for strong women, and there are a lot of them in Game of Thrones, but Arya seems to be the one that is doing it the hard way, by herself (mostly), without really anyone looking out for her. She had some lucky breaks, some capable people looking out for her, but ultimately she went from a pampered tomboy to a kickass little assassin in quite some time. I also enjoyed the little trek she and The Hound took for those few episodes.
Tyrion, for obvious reasons; constantly underestimated yet surprisingly capable, arguably the most dangerous character in the show. Not sure if it's luck, capability, coincidence, or a combination of the three that keep him going, but he keeps finding himself getting the short end of the stick, then somehow beating the crap out of everyone with that short stick.
I like Jaime, because for some reason I view him as the underdog of sorts. Why him and not Tyrion? Well, Jaime never had a chance; he was bred, raised, and cultivated to be this impossible thing and then his world just goes to absolute shit. You just keep cheering him on because you can see in his heart he has honor, and he wants to do good, but he is just so easily led back to the corrupt ways of his family.
