There aren't any musicians in rap or hip hop... .... rappers are musicians..... they are called "rap musicians" just because they are alot different than everyone else in the music industry..doesnt mean they arnt musicians...

I know by semantics a singer is technically a musician...
But I tend to think of a musician as a person who uses an instrument external from their own body...
I mean other wise, anyone who can clap well is a musician be definition....
And well, almost all rap and hip hop gets centered on the vocalist...
Had the TC said, "who are you're favorite vocalist?" I would not have made the same comment....
But the thing is, outside of vocalist, I can't think of a single famous rap or hip hop musician...
