People from Northern Europe, they are the tallest on average out of the world. Therefore can lift more because muscle mass is proportional to how much you can lift.
Strongest in relation to the population at large or from the perspective of the highest percent of body builders and athletic persons to the rest of the population? In either cases I don't know for certain. However, your average developing world citizen would most likely destroy his developed world's counterpart. In parts of the world where human labor is still needed and people can't afford the detrimental luxuries available abundantly in some other parts of the world, the population on average is more likely to be fit and hardened.
If you're referring to the percent of serious body builders and vigorously athletic persons to the rest of the population then I really don't know. Maybe the U.S? I have no idea myself.
The US. Just as the US has the most fat asses of any country, we have a ridiculous amount of people who are obsessed with hitting the gym and doing steroids. A country of extremes.
I have no idea. But, back when I was living in Seoul, I saw a short (5'0"?) Korean laborer carry a full size refrigerator on his back at least six floors up the stairs. I think he came back down and brought up a stove next....dresser....couch.....

Russians are pretty tough, I don't know about physically strong...but a lot of times toughness gets you farther than just being able to lift a car. they just seem to not be afraid of much, they go with their gut instinct and don't seem to have any inhibitions.

So you're basing it purely off of aesthetics then? (You're also comparing men that are at least 20 years older than Terry...of course they won't "look" as good as him!)
If you ever get a chance to, check out either a "strongest man" or "lifting" competition. The guys that win those aren't built like Terry, but they're clearly stronger overall.

I think black men from US really stronger ( Boxing , Sports as Basketball ) , most black men i see i notice they have a very good bod. As i said my assumptions could be wrong , you guys clarify it for me lol.

The strongest people aren't in popular sports like basketball, boxing, etc. NFL would probably be the better example, and still then it's mixed between black and white.

There're a lot of strong-ass Samoans and Eastern Europeans (Latvians, Polish, Russians, Lithuanians, etc.)
I'd say more Americans lift weights and play sports where pure power is important than any other nation. There are over 1 million high school (U.S.) football players in the States, for example, where Iceland only has a population of 320,000.

Muscle mass =/= strength. Neurological activation is more important to strength than muscle mass. That's why someone who has never bench pressed, for example, will typically add weight to their lift very quickly, without adding any muscle mass. They're initially training their nervous system to fire more muscle fibers.
Powerlifters can typically move more weight, max rep, than body builders, though body builders have considerably more muscle mass. That's not to say body builders are not strong. Ronnie Coleman, for example, has a competition-worthy deadlift.

west africans. As far as i know all studies have shown they have the highest bone density, and traditionally bone density = strength.
west africa is also where most americans bought their slaves, which is why black americans are known to be very strong, although traditionally malnourished. But in modern society, unlike west africa, food is plentiful. So black americans are probably the naturally strongest people on earth.
