yeah loitering is just odd. get arrested for not doing anything but standing at the wrong place at the wrong time. 2chainz should be embarrassed for being arrest in maryland for having a grinder, now is facing up to a year in jail
out of those probally DUI.. i see people doing community service all the time with vests on that say 'im a drunk driver' lol that would be pretty embarrassing
Someone I know once got arrested for violating probation (he was on probation for unpaid traffic tickets). Like...he had a year to pay a few hundred bucks and do 50 hours of community service. He didn't pay any of it back, and did none of the community service, so he got sent to jail. And I'm like...on the list of stupid and embarrasing reasons to get arrested, that's pretty f***ing stupid. The stuff he had to do in order to stay out of jail was so simple that failing to do it basically amounted to saying, "gee, I think I want to go to jail just for the hell of it." It'd be less embarassing if he got arrested for dealing drugs or committing armed robbery. At least with that stuff, people are actually hoping to get something out of it, there's an incentive to risk going to jail.
That depends on where you do it. Like, when Pee Wee Herman got arrested, that wasn't too bad. He was in an XXX movie theater, what else was he supposed to be doing there? But if you get caught for public masturbation in a library or something, that's a lot worse.
