the army goes to iraq the marnies goes over seas air force....i dunno
army is basically infantry, armour and artillery in other words all land units
marines is amphibious forces and speacialised operations and normally does amphibious assualts
navy has become less important these days but they are basically all naval (ships) units like aircraft carriers and destroyers
air force is all air units like fighters and bombers as well as orbital units but these are few and far between and generally are operated by intelligence agencies.
