What would you do in this situation?

I was eating at a Greek restaurant with my sister and she goes to the bathroom. Some family sitting behind her starts looking and talking about me thinking I don't notice even though they are really obvious. I got pretty annoyed when they wouldn't stop so the next time one looked at me I waved at them to get their attention and asked them why they were looking at me. They responded with "Just to look.". My sister got back and we left shortly after. It was really creepy.

So what would you do in this situation? Just ignore it or take action like me?

I'd obviously punch 'em in the face.

I hate when people do that.

And I'd just ignore them unless they kept staring and (faintly) laughing at you. If that happened then I'd give them the "what are you looking at?" look. Try to make 'em feel bad for being impolite. This is assuming you're positively sure they're talking about you or the group you're with.

Ignore them...or stare at them like a psycho.

Kinda off-topic but I thought I'd share this info. Gyros (plural) in Greek mean something being wrapped. In this case the ingredients are wrapped with bread. And they're basically souvlakis served in bread instead of on a stick.

Something less sincere and I would probably ask them if they had a problem with me...
